About Our Work

Most training companies sell “content”. We don’t. Cyber Academy was built for one thing: real-world performance. When the auditor asks for evidence. When DORA/NIS2 timelines hit. When the board wants answers. When an incident forces decisions with incomplete information.

I’m Christophe Mazzola. I built Cyber Academy after years inside security and GRC roles where you quickly learn the truth: frameworks are easy on paper — execution is the job. Most people don’t fail because they’re “not smart”. They fail because they lack structure, method, and practice under pressure.

So our trainings aren’t designed to be “nice”. They’re designed to work. We start with the official requirements, then we turn them into something you can actually apply: how to think like an auditor, what good evidence looks like, how to translate clauses into controls, and how to defend decisions in a real organization.

That means practical scenarios, direct answers, and exercises based on what people face every week: evidence collection, risk decisions, policy vs. reality, vendor pressure, timelines, and internal chaos. No buzzwords. No “perfect world” examples. No slide tourism.

If you train with Cyber Academy, you don’t just walk away with knowledge. You walk away with clarity, confidence, and a method — and you can use it immediately.

Our mission

Our mission is simple: make cybersecurity and compliance usable — for professionals who don’t have time for fluff.

We help individuals and teams build the capabilities that actually matter: structure, ownership, decision-making, and execution. So instead of being stuck in constant firefighting mode, you can run your program with clarity, handle audits without stress, and move from “we think we’re compliant” to “we can prove it”.

Cyber Academy is about transformation:
– From confusion to structure.
– From passive learning to real execution.
– From “hoping to pass” to being ready and staying ready.

Our leitmotiv is: Become the Code. Fear not.

It means you don’t just memorize a standard. You internalize the logic, you understand the why, and you can execute under pressure with confidence, not guesswork.
