Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Cyber Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”), including instructor-led trainings, online trainings, and any associated digital materials.

1. Definitions

  • Training: Any instructor-led, virtual, or on-site course delivered by Cyber Academy.

  • Digital Materials: Any electronic content provided or made available to the participant (e.g., PDFs, slide decks, labs, e-learning access, recordings, links, credentials, or platform access).

  • Access Granted: The moment a participant receives any digital materials, platform access, credentials, or any part of the training content.

2. Returns (Digital Products)

Because Cyber Academy provides digital materials and/or access to digital content, returns are not possible for any digital products once delivered or made available.

3. Refunds – General Rule (Access Granted)

No refund is possible once training materials or access have been granted to the participant (i.e., once any digital materials, credentials, platform access, or content has been shared).

4. Refunds – Instructor-led / Scheduled Trainings (Before Start Date)

If Access Granted has not occurred, refunds are available based on the date of your cancellation request relative to the training start date:

  • More than 1 month before the training start date: 100% refund

  • Up to 2 weeks before the training start date: 50% refund

  • Less than 2 weeks before the training start date: No refund

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email) and are effective on the date received by Cyber Academy.

5. Participant Substitution (Same Company)

If you cannot attend, your company may request to transfer the registration to another participant from the same company, provided that:

  • The substitution request is made before the training start date, and

  • It is approved in advance by Cyber Academy.

Cyber Academy may refuse a substitution request if it is not feasible for administrative, compliance, or training-quality reasons.

6/ How to Request a Cancellation / Refund / Substitution

Please send your request by email with:

  • Company name

  • Training title and start date

  • Participant name(s)

  • Order reference / invoice number

  • Reason for cancellation 

We will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds to the original payment method when possible.

7. Exceptions / Additional Notes

  • Third-party fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable if already incurred (e.g., external exam or certification body fees).

  • Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations that comply with this policy.
