01Why a PECB Gold Partner and not PECB direct?

Cyber Academy runs the accredited PECB program with PECB-licensed materials and exams, plus our own teaching method, examples and aftercare. Same certification, sharper delivery, plus the certification or refund guarantee on eligible tracks.

02Are your prices really on the page?

Yes. Every standard course page shows the price (live and self-paced when both are offered). Quotes are reserved for in-house team programmes, multi-seat purchases and RFP responses where a tailored proposal is actually useful.

03How do you keep quality consistent across formats?

Same trainer pool, same accredited syllabus, same exam preparation, same support channel after the cohort. The format adapts (on-site, virtual classroom, self-paced, 1:1) but the bar is identical.

04Can I talk to a past trainee before signing?

For in-house and multi-seat scopes, yes. On request we share two or three reference contacts in your sector or with a similar scope. For individual seats, the testimonials, Trustpilot and Google reviews are public.

05What if I am the wrong fit for one of your courses?

We say so. Every course page has a "Pas pour qui" section. If you do not match, we recommend a different cohort, format or partner. The discovery call is built around this honest conversation.
