The selected course page identifies the PECB programme, licensed materials, exam access and support included. Eligible tracks may also state the Certification or Refund Guarantee under its policy terms.
02Are your prices really on the page?
Yes. We publish current standard live and self-paced prices where individual seats can be booked. In-house, multi-seat and RFP scopes receive an itemised quote.
03How do you keep quality consistent across formats?
Each course page or quote states the trainer profile, programme, exam preparation and support included for that format. Compare those terms before choosing.
04Can I talk to a past trainee before signing?
For in-house and multi-seat scopes, a reference may be shared only when an appropriate client has authorised it and the confidentiality terms allow it. Public testimonials and reviews remain available to everyone.
05What if I am the wrong fit for one of your courses?
We tell you when the fit is wrong. Reviewed course pages state who the course is and is not for; where guidance is incomplete, the discovery call confirms the right course or alternative.
