1. Scope

These general terms and conditions (GTC) govern every purchase made on cyberacademy.net for online and live training programs delivered by Cyber Academy, registered in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.

2. Service description

Cyber Academy provides certification training under PECB and ISACA accreditations, plus self-paced courses, live cohorts, and in-house programs delivered remotely or on customer premises.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in EUR on every catalogue course page. The checkout total is the amount charged. The applicable tax treatment, and any tax due, is stated on the invoice. Contact us before purchase if your organisation requires a specific tax treatment.

Online card payments are processed by Stripe. Bank transfer, another payment method or a payment plan applies only where it is confirmed in writing before booking.

4. Cancellation and refund

For self-paced courses, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase if you have not started the program (Spanish consumer law). For live cohorts, cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date are refunded in full; later cancellations are credited against a future cohort.

A "Certified or refunded" guarantee applies to selected PECB tracks. Full conditions on /trainings/certification-or-refund.

5. Certification and re-sit

Cyber Academy delivers training and exam access. The certificate is issued by the partner body (PECB or ISACA). Where a re-sit is included, you may re-take the exam once at no extra cost; the eligibility window is stated on the course page.

6. Intellectual property

Training materials are licensed for the learner's personal use. Re-distribution, public posting or commercial reuse is prohibited. PECB and ISACA materials remain the IP of their respective bodies.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect damages or for outcomes that depend on the customer's own internal implementation choices.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is submitted to the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

9. Contact

For any question regarding these GTC, contact [email protected].
